1. Our 30-Day Return Guarantee
At AFK Store, we want you to love your toys and games. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return it for a refund or exchange.
2. Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Opened board games or toys with broken seals may be subject to a restocking fee or rejected if they are no longer in resellable condition.
3. How to Initiate a Return
Please contact our support team at alifareedkhan@afkstore.net with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
4. Refunds Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional shipping cost to you.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards, downloadable products, and select clearance items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
